This year we put a lot of thought into Klarinet’s core mission and vision and developed the concept of “the elevated workplace” to describe our goal for our clients. To help elevate our clients’ workplaces, this year we developed the Elevated Workplace Success Framework. A New Brand and Website: A Clear Vision Forward
Our updated brand identity is a reflection of our newly defined mission and vision of empowering organizations to elevate their workplaces in every sense of the word. Modern, dynamic, and client-focused, our refreshed look underscores our commitment to creating digital transformation journeys that are as unique as the clients we serve.
This update comprised a complete overhaul of our look, with a new logo and updated color palette, as well as a revamped website that serves as a hub for our expertise, resources, and services. With its intuitive design, clients can easily explore how Klarinet can address their digital workplace needs.
Client-Centered Knowledge Sharing
In 2024, we continued to prioritize sharing our expertise with our clients and community. We held 11 client-exclusive Tech Talks, covering topics like Copilot, Power Platform, Security, Internal Comms, and more.
We also held several webinars open to the wider community. These covered topics such as preparing your organization for the safe deployment of Copilot, measuring the ROI of your internal communications efforts, elevating your workplace, and improving the employee experience. All are now available on-demand if you missed them!
The year also brought many opportunities for in-person knowledge-sharing as the Klarinet team attended internal communications and employee experience conferences in Seattle, Chicago, and Nashville.
Awards and Industry Recognition
Our dedication to innovation and client satisfaction was recognized with numerous awards this year, including multiple Clutch Awards.
At the start of 2024, Klarinet was named as the Top ECM Consulting Company, Top Microsoft 365 Office Company, and Top Productivity and Collaboration Company.
This was followed up by recognition as a 2024 Spring Global Award winner for Productivity and Collaboration, ECM, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft SharePoint Developer services.
Finally, Klarinet received the Clutch Fall 2024 Global Award and was named a top firm for Productivity & Collaboration, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint Developers, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
As Clutch awards are based on customer reviews, these accolades are a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the expertise of the Klarinet team.
2024 also marked our growing commitment to providing the best intranet solutions to our clients, as we became UK-based Fresh Intranet’s first North American partner.
